Credits are the currency on Canvas Labs. Each generation costs a certain number of credits depending on the tool, resolution, and duration. For example, a standard 5-second video costs 10 credits, while a Full HD 15-second video with audio costs 85 credits.

On the Pro plan, unused credits roll over for up to 60 days. After that, the oldest unused credits expire. Starter credits do not expire.

Yes. You can upgrade instantly — the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice and wire transfer.

Yes. The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

You can purchase additional credit packs at any time. Starter users can buy packs starting at $4.99 (50 credits). Pro users get a 20% discount on additional packs.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase if you're not satisfied. After that, refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support for help.
