Our platform, code, and brand are ours. Content you create is yours — we only process it to deliver the service. We don't claim ownership of your outputs.
Some features require payment in USD. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may adjust pricing with notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
Wyoming law governs. Disputes go to Wyoming courts.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
